摘要
针对制造企业生产过程监测中存在的实时性、可靠性差等问题,提出一种基于RFID技术的生产过程监测系统。RFID技术具有穿透性强、可重复使用、抗干扰能力强等特点,使该系统能够快速实时地采集生产数据和设备状态等信息,经过数据分析与处理后,可以实现生产进度跟踪、质量管理等功能,最终通过应用终端实现生产过程的可视化与实时监控。
Aiming at the problems of poor real-time and reliability in production process monitoring of manufacturing enterprises, a production process monitoring system based on RFID technology is proposed. RFID technology is characterized by strong penetration, reusability and strong antiinterference ability. It enables the system to collect production data and equipment status in real time and quickly. After data analysis and processing,production progress tracking, quality management and other functions can be implemented. Finally, the visualization and real-time monitoring of the production process can be realized through the application terminal.
