摘要

山西煤炭经济转型需要创新型人才,然而作为服务地方经济发展的应用型高校,原有的人才培养模式不足以培养创新型人才,必须进行改革,构建与经济转型相适宜的人才培养模式。在新经济下,应用型高校创新创业人才培养必须结合自身特点,更新教育理念;以市场需求、岗位需求为出发点,建立合理的课程体系,将创新创业教育深度融入专业教育之中;加强校内外创新创业实践训练,深化产教融合,校企合作;加强双师型队伍建设;改革考核制度,构建合理的评价体系,才能使创新型人才的培养与区域岗位需要能够快速、有效进行对接,进一步加快山西煤炭经济转型和发展产业。
        The transformation of the coal economy of Shanxi Province requires innovative talents. However, as an applicationoriented university serving local economic development, the original talent training system is not capable to cultivate innovative talents. Reform must be carried out to build a talent training system suitable for economic transformation. Under the circumstance of new economy, the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in application-oriented universities must update their educational concepts according to their own characteristics, establish a reasonable curriculum system based on market demand and job requirements, and integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education, enhance innovative entrepreneurial practice training, deepen the integration of production and education, strengthen the cooperation of school and corporation, strengthen the construction of dual-teacher teams, reform the assessment system and construct a reasonable evaluation system, in order to connect the cultivation of innovative talents with regional positions quickly and effectively, then accelerate the transformation of the coal economy and development industries of Shanxi Province.
