摘要

文章以《普通高中体育与健康课程标准(2017年版)》和"一校一拳"的教改理念为背景,探讨当前高中武术教学内容存在的问题,提出新课标背景下武术教学内容重构的原则:(1)源于课程标准、高于教材原则;(2)植根德化教育、立足学生体质原则;(3)以学生为中心,适应社会发展原则;(4)继承传统文化,凸显文化自信原则。方法:(1)广泛涉猎法;(2)专家指导原创法;(3)迭代优化法。
        Based on the teaching reform ideas of "Sports and Health Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)and " One School and One Fist", this paper explores the problems existing in the teaching content of Wushu in senior high schools,and puts forward the principles of reconstructing the teaching content of Wushu in the context of the new curriculum standard:(1) it is needed to be from the curriculum standard but higher than the principle of textbooks;(2) to be rooted in moral education, based on the principle of students' physique; Student-centered, adapt to the principles of social development;(4) to inherit traditional culture,highlight the principle of cultural self-confidence. Methods:(1) Extensive dabbling method;(2) Expert-guided original method;(3)Iterative optimization method.
