摘要

高等教育正为我国"交通强国"建设目标输送人才,实践教学改革成为本科高校教育教学改革的重要任务。本文针对目前应用型本科交通专业人才培养中存在的特色不足,形式内容单一,与社会需求脱轨等问题,构建了应用型本科交通专业"知行合一"实践教学体系通过新增自主型实践环节,搭建实践管理平台,挖掘校企合作资源,改革实践教学模式等措施,探究应用型本科交通人才培养的新途径。
        Higher education is transferring talents for the goal of building a "strong transportation country" in China. Practical teaching reform has become an important task of undergraduate education and teaching reform. Aiming at the problems existing in the training of applied undergraduate traffic professionals, such as lack of characteristics, single form and content, and derailment from social needs, this paper constructs a practical teaching system of "integration of knowledge and practice" for applied undergraduate traffic specialty, and explores its application by adding independent practical links, building a practical management platform, tapping school-enterprise cooperation resources, and reforming practical teaching mode, and find a new way of training undergraduate transportation talents.
