"互联网+"理念的提出,促进了高等教育资源的重新整合,也为高校提高教学质量的关键。"互联网+"教育发展背景下,新建地方本科院校沈阳城市建设学院以精品课程建设作为教学改革的突破口,以构建一流教学团队、教材资源、创新教育方法为提高教学质量的根本,以培养优秀复合型专业技术人才为摇篮,探讨"互联网+""、管理学基础"精品课程建设的路径,并为其它同类实践性较强的课程建设与开发奠定基础。
        On the background of the development of "Internet +" education, this article selects the excellent course of "management basis" of Shenyang Urban Construction College of new local undergraduate colleges as the research point, takes the construction of excellent courses as the breakthrough point of teaching reform,and constructs the first-class teaching team, teaching material resources and innovative education methods to improve the quality of teaching. The construction path is explored and laid the foundation for the construction and development of other similar courses with strong practicality.
