高校学生党员教育管理的实践与创新——以兴义民族师范学院党员实训基地为例

摘要

随着现代社会信息技术的快速发展,大学生党员教育管理面临着四个主要的问题:一是社会价值体系冲击较大;二是党支部影响力减弱;三是党员教育形式单调;四是党员工作者队伍力量薄弱。通过对目前高校学生党员教育管理实践的分析,兴义民族师范学院创建了学生党员实训基地,不仅解决了大学生党员教育管理方面存在的问题,丰富了大学生党员日常生活,而且提高了大学生干事创业的能力。
        With the rapid development of modern information technology, The education management of college student members of Communist Party of China is facing four main problems. Fist, the social value system has a big impact; Second, the influence of the Party branch is weakened; Third, the Party member education form is monotonous; Fourth, the strength of the ranks of Party members is weak. By analyzing the current practice of educational management of college students, Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities Creat a training base for student party members creatively build a training base for student party members. It not only solve the problems in the administration of education of college students Party members, enrich the daily lives of college Party members, Moreover, it improve the ability of university officers to start a business.
