文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。推进民族团结进步,文化的作用不可或缺。广西作为我国民族团结进步的示范区,和睦友好的历史文化与团结抗争的革命文化、攻坚克难的脱贫文化与绿色发展的生态文化、尊重差异的政治文化与以歌抒怀的民俗文化是广西民族团结进步的文化沃土。广西民族文化传承具体化、生活化、大众化,广西民族文化发展有交流、有互鉴、有活力,广西民族文化活动重仪式、重合作、重和谐,是助推广西民族团结进步的文化秘笈。坚持文化扶贫与经济扶贫双轮驱动、坚持政治引领与文化保护双管齐下、坚持文化研究与文化交流双向互动,是广西民族团结进步的文化战略。
