复方赤灵芝营养粉对小鼠抗疲劳作用和氧化损伤模型小鼠的影响

摘要
目的考察复方赤灵芝营养粉对小鼠的抗疲劳和抗氧化作用。方法 39只昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照组、赤灵芝营养粉低剂量组3 g/(kg·d)、高剂量组9 g/(kg·d),在给药30 d及37 d分别通过垂直爬杆实验和负重游泳实验记录2项运动时间,观察各组小鼠运动时间的变化;40只昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为4组,同样饲养条件及同样浓度给药38 d后给予0.40 mg/kg溴代苯油溶液进行氧化损伤造模,检测小鼠血浆及肝匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力的变化。结果高、低剂量组的爬杆时间和游泳时间明显长于正常组(P<0.01);与模型组比较,高、低剂量组血浆中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01),低剂量组肝匀浆中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01),另外,低剂量组的MDA含量比高剂量组的更低;血浆和肝匀浆中的SOD活性差异和GSH-Px活性差异无统计学意义。结论复方赤灵芝营养粉能有效延长小鼠运动时间,增强小鼠体力,低剂量的营养粉更能有效清除脂质过氧化产物,具有一定的抗疲劳和抗氧化功效。
        Objective To investigate the effects of compound Ganoderma lucidum powder on anti-fatigue and antioxidation in mice. Methods 39 KM male mice were randomly divided into three groups including the normal control group,low dose group at 3 g/(kg·d),and high dose group at 9 g/(kg·d). Anti-fatigue effect was evaluated through the lasting time record of pole-climbing test and loaded-swimming. Under the same feeding condition and dosage,40 KM male mice were randomly divided into four groups. Bromobenzene oil(0.40 mg/kg) was given to the mice to induce a model of oxidative damage. The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA) and activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in liver homogenate and blood samples were measured. Results Compared with the normal group,both climbing time and swimming time in the low and high doses of Ganoderma lucidum groups were significantly prolonged(P<0.01). Meantime,MDA contents in plasma were significantly decreased in both doses of Ganoderma lucidum groups(P<0.01). In addition,MDA content in low dose group was lower than that in high dose group. There was no significant difference both the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in plasma and liver homogenate between the low and high dose groups and the model group. Conclusion Compound Ganoderma lucidum powder could effectively prolong the exercise time and enhance the physical strength of mice,and low-dose powder might more effective in clearing lipid peroxides and display anti-fatigue and antioxidant effect.
