摘要

国家级名老中医韩明向治疗围绝经期综合征有独到的疗效。他认为围绝经期综合征的主要病机是肾精亏虚,血虚肝郁,中医治疗应以滋补肝肾,养血疏肝法为主,以二至丸合一贯煎化裁随证加减。在临床上能明显缓解围绝经期综合征患者的诸多不适症状,效果良好。总结整理分析成文以启迪同道。
        Professor HAN Mingxiang, a national famous veteran Chinese medicine, has unique curative effect on perimenopausal syndrome. He believes that the main pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome is deficiency of kidney essence and stagnation of liver and kidney due to deficiency of blood. TCM treatment should be based on nourishing liver and kidney, nourishing blood and soothing liver, and combining Erzhi pill with decoction and tailoring according to syndrome. In clinic, it can obviously relieve many discomfort symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome patients, and the effect is good. Summarize and analyze the written articles to enlighten the same people.
