摘要

清代是山东中医发展的重要时期,中医医家大量涌现,但地理分布具有明显的不均衡性。本研究在广泛收集并整理纳入研究范围的108个州县956名中医医家的基础上,按照府州、州县以及地理亚区分布进行分类,进而总结出清代山东中医医家地理分布具有集中分布于鲁北平原并向山东半岛延伸等特点,其地理分布的空间格局是自然因素与人文因素共同作用的结果,共同揭示了清代山东中医医家的地理分布与各地地理区域特点及其政治经济文化发展水平之间的密切联系。
        Qing dynasty was an important period for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Shandong.There were a large number of Chinese medicine physicians, but the geographical distribution had obvious imbalance. Based on the extensive collection and collation of 956 TCM physicians in 108 counties and counties that were included in the study, this study classified the distribution of government states, prefectures, and geographical sub-regions, and concluded that the geographical distribution of TCM physicians in Shandong province was concentrated. The spatial pattern of geographical distribution is the result of the interaction of natural factors and human factors in the northern plains of Shandong province. It also reveals close link between the geographical distribution of Shandong traditional Chinese medicine physicians in the Qing dynasty and the geographical characteristics of the regions and their political and economic culture development levels.
