血管腔内介入联合负压封闭引流术治疗糖尿病足的临床效果观察

摘要
目的探讨对糖尿病足患者选择血管腔内介入(PTA)+负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择该院2015年4月—2018年11月收治的26例糖尿病足患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组治疗方式;对照组(13例):选择PTA方法展开;观察组(13例):选择PTA+VSD方法展开;对比临床效果。结果同对照组糖尿病足患者手术显效率(23.08%)、手术总有效率(53.85%)以及疾病复发率(53.85%)对比,观察组前两项(69.23%)、(92.31%)提升程度明显,后一项(7.69%)降低程度明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者在接受治疗期间,PTA+VSD方法的有效应用,对于手术疗效的提升以及术后复发现象的减少,可奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of intravascular interventional(PTA) + negative pressure closed drainage(VSD) in patients with diabetic foot. Methods Twenty-six patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to November 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The grouping method was used to determine the treatment methods of each group. The control group(13 cases): the PTA method was selected; the observation group( 13 cases): select PTA + VSD method to expand; compare clinical effects. Results Compared with the control group, the effective rate of surgery(23.08%), total surgical efficiency(53.85%) and disease recurrence rate(53.85%) were compared with the first two groups(69.23%) and(92.31%), the latter(7.69%) reduction was significant,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The effective application of the PTA +VSD method during the treatment of diabetic foot patients can lay a foundation for the improvement of surgical efficacy and the reduction of postoperative recurrence.
