摘要
目的:研究黄芪茎叶对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠所造成的认知障碍的影响。方法:一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(60 mg/kg)诱导糖尿病大鼠模型。将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、黄芪茎叶高、中、低剂量组(24 g/kg、12 g/kg、6 g/kg)、二甲双胍组(150 mg/kg)、黄芪组(6 g/kg)和正常组,每组8只,每天灌胃1次,连续7 d。7 d后进行Morris水迷宫实验,并检测空腹血糖和胸腺、脾脏指数。结果:在Morris水迷宫实验中,黄芪茎叶不同剂量组较模型组逃避潜伏期缩短,且撤出平台后,平台进入次数和有效区域进入次数明显增加,在平台及有效区域的运动距离增加。同时黄芪茎叶组糖尿病大鼠血糖水平显著降低(P<0.01),胸腺脏器指数显著提高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:黄芪茎叶能有效降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖,提高其免疫力,显著改善STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠的认知功能障碍。
        Objective:To study the effects of stem and leaf of astragalus on cognitive impairment of diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin(STZ). Methods:Diabetic models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(60 mg/kg).The rats were randomly divided into model group,high,medium and low stem and leaf of astragalus group(24 g/kg,12 g/kg,6 g/kg),metformingroup group(150 mg/kg),astragalus group(6 g/kg)and normal group,8 rats in each group. The rats in treatment groups were administered intragastically corresponding drugs respectively,1 time a day and continuous 7 d. 7 days later,Morris water maze test was performed and fasting blood glucose was detected and indices of thymus and spleen were calculated. Results:In the test of Morris water maze,the escape latent period of stem and leaf of astragalus groups was shorter than that of model group. After withdrawing from the platform,the numbers of platform entries and the numbers of effective area entries increased significantly in stem and leaf of astragalus groups,while the moving distances in platform and the effective areas were increased. At the same time,the blood sugar level of rats was significantly decreased(P<0.01),but the thymus index was increased significantly in stem and leaf of astragalus group(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion:The stem and leaf of astragalus can effectively reduce the blood sugar of diabetic rats,improve their immunity and improve the cognitive impairment of diabetic rats induced by STZ.
