摘要

随着经济和社会的发展,人民对健康的需求越来越高,健康管理行业得到了迅猛发展,但与此而来的是健康管理人才的巨大缺口,国内健康管理人才的质量也呈现良莠不齐,而健康管理人才的培养显得至关重要。构建多学科集成与交叉的培养环境与机制,培养未来能够解决综合性问题的复合型创新人才已经成为各国本科及研究生教育发展的共识和趋势,也是健康管理人才培养模式的重大课题,本文针对我国健康管理人才的教育现状,探讨不同医学专业交叉培养的优势及挑战,旨在创新高校健康管理人才培养的实践教育模式,为今后健康管理人才培养提供方向。
        With the development of economy and society, people'sdemand for health is getting higher and higher, and health managementindustry has developed rapidly. However, there is a huge gap in healthmanagement talents. The quality of health management talents in Chinais also uneven, and the cultivation of health management talents is very important. Constructing a multi-disciplinary integrated and cross-cutting training environment and mechanism to train innovative talents who cansolve comprehensive problems in the future has become the consensus andtrend of the development of undergraduate and postgraduate education in various countries, and is also an important topic of the training modeof health management talents. In view of the current situation of healthmanagement talents education in China, this paper discusses the advantagesand challenges of cross-training of different medical specialties to innovatethe practical education mode of health management personnel training inColleges, and to provide direction for future health management personneltraining.
