摘要

目的分析探讨糖尿病合并心脑血管病的临床内科治疗方法及效果。方法随机选取本院2017年6月至2018年12月收治的糖尿病合并心脑血管病患者58例做为分析对象,将其分为常规组和综合组,每组各29例患者。常规组实施常规治疗方法,综合组实施综合治疗方法,观察分析两组患者的治疗有效率和患者满意度。结果观察分析数据显示,综合组治疗总有效率和患者满意度明显高于常规组患者,且P<0.05,数据差有统计学意义。结论给予糖尿病合并心脑血管病患者实施内科综合方法治疗,是临床治疗的需要,有利于治疗效果的提高、患者治疗满意度的提升,值得推广及应用。
        Objective To analyze the clinical medical treatment and effect of diabetes mellitus complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods A total of 58 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cardio-cerebral vascular disease admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected and divided into conventional group and comprehensive group, with 29 patients in each group. The conventional group implemented conventional treatment methods, and the comprehensive group implemented comprehensive treatment method, the treatment efficiency and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The observational analysis showed that the total effective rate and patient satisfaction of the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, and P<0.05, the data difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of internal medicine comprehensive treatment for patients with diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease is the need of clinical treatment, which is conducive to the improvement of treatment effect and the improvement of patient satisfaction. It is worthy of promotion and application.
