摘要

基于络病理论"阳络伤则血外溢,血外溢则衄血;阴络伤则血内溢,血内溢则后血"之论述,从阳络、阴络及肾络的角度与现代医学相结合,探讨紫癜及紫癜性肾炎的发生、发展、转归、预后及中医病因病机。同时将络病学说中阳络、阴络及肾络与"热、毒、瘀、虚"病机相结合运用于临床治疗中,并提出以"瘀"邪贯穿疾病始终之病机,以"活络化瘀"之治法为原则贯穿疾病始终,结合现代医学及药理研究,将活血化瘀药及藤类药物灵活运用于临床治疗中,并且重视后期络病调护。
        Based on the theory of collaterals disease,"Yang collaterals injured blood spills,blood spills hemorrhinia;Yin collaterals injury overflow in the blood,after the blood spill blood."Which Yang,Yin collaterals and the angle of the renal collaterals combined with modern medicine,to discuss purpura and purpura nephritis occurrence,development,outcome,prognosis and the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,based on the theory of collaterals disease, Yang collaterals and Yin collaterals and renal collaterals and " heat, poison, blood stasis,deficiency" pathogenesis combined applied in clinical treatment,put forward to"blood stasis"throughout the course of the disease pathogenesis. As the treatment of "activating blood " for the principle throughout the course of the disease,combined with modern medicine and pharmacological research,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs and ration drugs used in clinical treatment,pay attention to the late collaterals disease aftercare.
