大型煤粉锅炉炉膛压力波动特性分析

摘要
为研究大型煤粉锅炉炉膛压力波动的形成机理,并定量分析各扰动因素对炉膛压力的影响程度,提出一种联合独立分量分析(ICA)、多尺度延时相关和频谱分析的炉膛压力特性分析方法。该方法将炉膛压力波动视为各种独立波动分量的叠加,通过ICA分离出炉膛压力信号中相互独立的波动分量,然后利用多尺度延时相关将独立分量与炉膛压力扰动因素进行逆向匹配,确定各独立分量对应的扰动源,最后结合频谱分析得到各扰动源对炉膛压力波动的动态增益。对某600 MW机组煤粉锅炉分析表明:相较于给煤量信号的中频分量,炉膛压力波动与一次风量、送风量、引风量信号的中频分量的关系更密切;单位送、引风量波动对炉膛压力的影响基本相同,但单位一次风量变化对炉膛压力的影响大于单位送、引风量变化对炉膛压力的影响。
        To study the fluctuation mechanism of the furnace pressure and to quantitatively analyze the influence of various disturbance factors on furnace pressure, a characteristic analysis method of furnace pressure based on independent component analysis(ICA), multi-scale delay correlation and spectrum analysis was proposed. Firstly,the fluctuation of furnace pressure was regarded as the superposition of various independent fluctuation components, and the independent fluctuation components were obtained by using ICA. Secondly, the disturbance factors of furnace pressure were matched with the independent components by using multi-scale delay correlation to determine the corresponding perturbation source of each independent component. Finally, the spectrum analysis was used to obtain the dynamic gain of each disturbance source to the furnace pressure fluctuation. The analysis results of a 600 MW pulverized coal boiler show that, the furnace pressure fluctuation is more closely related to the intermediate frequency component of the primary air, forced-draft air and induced-draft air than that of the coal feed. The unit forced-draft air fluctuation and unit induced-draft air fluctuation has the same effect on furnace pressure, but the effect of changing unit primary air on the furnace pressure is greater than that of changing unit forced-draft air or unit induced-draft air.
