摘要

介绍了英国可持续性住宅的评估方法,并以一幢位于苏格兰的五星可持续性住宅为例,分析了其可再生资源利用系统(地热资源、太阳能资源和雨水资源)和保温节能围护系统。结果表明:英国可持续性住宅评估中的分级方法,易于理解和接受,值得借鉴;英国可持续性住宅集成了多项可再生资源利用系统和节能保温技术,有利于提高居住品质和健康水平;我国很多地区的季节性气候与英国相似,其可持续性住宅的建设经验和构造措施可为我国发展村镇节能建筑提供参考。
        This paper introduces the assessment method of sustainable housing in the UK, and analyzes its renewable resource utilization system(geothermal resources, solar energy resources and rainwater resources) and thermal insulation and protection system by taking a five-star sustainable housing in Scotland as an example.The results show that the classification method in the UK sustainable housing assessment is easy to understand and accept, which is worth learning from. The sustainable housing in the UK integrates a number of renewable resource utilization systems and energy-saving insulation technology, which is conducive to improving the quality of living and health. The seasonal climate in many parts of China is similar to that in the UK, and the construction experience and construction measures of sustainable housing are available for reference.
