摘要
为促进我国加氢站快速建设,实现加氢站点超前布局,推动氢能与燃料电池汽车产业可持续健康发展,研究了美国、德国、日本等氢能产业发达国家的加氢站发展现状,总结并借鉴其先进发展经验。基于我国加氢站布局现状,从监管体系、审批流程、商业模式及核心技术等方面出发,深入剖析制约其发展的瓶颈问题。在符合科学发展的前提下,针对性地提出促进我国加氢站发展的对策建议并指出其未来发展趋势。
        In order to accelerate the development,advance the network layout of hydrogenation stations in China and promote the sustainable and healthy development of hydrogen energy and fuel cell automobile industry,the paper firstly studies the status of hydrogenation station network layout and development in the United States,Germany,Japan and other countries with the developed hydrogen energy industry,summarizes and draws lessons from their advanced development experiences. Then based on the status of the hydrogenation station network layout in China,the development bottlenecks are analyzed from the aspects of the regulatory system,the approval process,core technologies and business modes. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of hydrogenation stations in China are put forward,and the future development trend is stated.
