摘要
为了对钻井船阻力性能进行优化和分析月池对钻井船阻力性能的影响,以某钻井船为研究对象,通过建立全参数化船体模型,采用CFD方法在仅考虑月池关闭的状态下分别对钻井船的首、尾部型线进行了优化,并引入月池所受阻力随型线变化关联度的概念,对月池的受力情况展开研究.钻井船的艏、尾部型线经过优化后总阻力降低了10.65%,月池附加阻力计算结果表明,月池关闭条件下优化得到的钻井船型线方案在月池开启状态下同样具有良好的阻力性能.
In order to optimize the resistance performance of the drilling ship and analyze the influence of the moonpool on the resistance performance of drilling ship, taking a drilling vessel as the research object, the full parametric hull model was established. CFD method was adopted to optimize the bow and stern lines of the drilling ship under the condition that only the moon pool was closed, and the concept of correlation degree between the resistance of the moon pool and the variation of the lines was introduced to study the stress situation of the moon pool. The results show that the total resistance of the bow and stern lines of the drilling ship is reduced by 10.65% after optimization. The calculation results of the additional resistance of the moon pool show that the optimized drilling ship lines under the condition of the moon pool closing also has good resistance performance under the condition of the moon pool opening.
