新管幕法顶管施工实施的风险分析与控制技术

摘要
新管幕法顶管施工是一种新型管道埋设施工技术。依托新管幕法顶管施工特点,为有效识别出太原市迎泽大街下穿火车站通道工程施工中的关键风险因素,采用基于模糊推理系统改进的故障模式和影响分析方法进行风险分析。研究发现:(1)运用该方法分析新管幕法顶管施工风险,得到其关键风险因素,主要有顶进时地面隆起、沉降,出洞时,洞口周遭土体变形破坏,顶管机就位时导轨安装不稳或千斤顶偏差等,风险分析结果与工程实际情况较吻合;(2)在工程施工前设计合理技术方案,给出风险预处理措施,控制风险影响因素,并且探究新管幕法顶管施工过程中的风险原因,对工程方案进行优化。
        Pipe jacking construction with new pipe curtain method is a kind of pipeline burying construction technology without excavation or less excavation. In view of the characteristics of the new pipe curtain pipe jacking technology,in order to effectively identify the key risk factors in the construction of the tunnel project of Yingze Street under the railway station in Taiyuan City,the improved fault mode and impact analysis method based on the fuzzy inference system are used to carry out risk analysis. It is found that :(1)by using this method,the risk of pipe jacking construction with new pipe-curtain method is analyzed,and the key risk factors are obtained,such as ground settlement or uplift during jacking,soil damage around the hole,unstable installation of guide rail or Jack deviation from track center when the new pipe-curtain method pipe jacking machine is in place,etc,the risk analysis results are in good agreement with the actual situation of the project;(2)make necessary decisions before the implementation of the project,take corresponding preventive measures,so as to greatly reduce the risk,and compare the various risks in the implementation of the new pipe-curtain pipe jacking technology,find out the reasons to optimize its project plan.
