摘要
附着式塔吊在传统现浇混凝土结构中的研究与应用较多。由于目前缺乏相关规范规定,采用预制墙板现场拼装的装配式混凝土结构高层住宅施工中,出现塔吊附墙系统受力不明确、连接构造措施无依据等突出问题。依托合肥滨湖润园装配式混凝土结构高层住宅,通过现场实测、数值分析等方法,揭示了附墙支座处各部件的受力分布规律,检验了该工程施工关键措施的合理性。基于有限元软件ABAQUS进行了参数分析,研究了混凝土强度、转向块角度等参数对附墙支座及预制墙体受力情况的影响。
There exists a great deal of researches and applications on attached tower crane in traditional cast-in-situ concrete structures. Due to the lack of relevant norms and guidance at present,however,the use of precast walls assembled on-site results in several outstanding issues in high-rise residential buildings construction with prefabricated concrete( PC) structure,for example,the indetermination of stress distribution and reinforcement measures in wall attaching system. Based on the field test and numerical analysis on the project of "Hefei Binhu Runyuan",the high-rise residential buildings with prefabricated concrete structure,the paper revealed the stress distribution law of the components in attachment area,and checked out the rationality of the key construction measures in the project. By means of the finite element( FE) software ABAQUS,the influences of parameters such as concrete strength and angle of steering block on the stress distribution in the wall and wall attachment were studied.
