摘要
绿色公路建设是政府、企业、高校、社会等多主体参与的系统工程。广东省作为我国绿色公路建设的先行者,在设计、技术、管理、运营、服务等方面积累了宝贵经验,同时在体制机制、技术开发与应用、文化观念等方面也面临一些障碍。深入推进绿色公路建设,需要社会多主体参与,科学规划、科技引领、营造绿色公路文化。
Green highway construction is a systematic project involving government, enterprises, universities and society. As the pioneer of green highway construction in China, Guangdong Province has accumulated valuable experience in design, technology, management, operation and service. At the same time, it also faces some obstacles in system mechanism, technology development and application, cultural concept and so on. In order to further promote the construction of green highway, we needed the participation of many social subjects, scientific planning, scientific and technological guidance, and created a green highway culture.
