摘要
使用HR型催化剂开发了纤维专用聚丙烯PPH-Y30和PPH-Y40,并已在多个厂家应用。应用结果表明:HR型催化剂氢调敏感性好、活性高,外给电子体用量大幅减少,使用过程中装置运行稳定。与降解法生产的纤维专用聚丙烯相比,采用氢调法生产的PPH-Y30和PPH-Y40,具有不含邻苯二甲酸酯塑化剂、无气味的特点,可生产填充料质量分数最高为55%的无纺布,降低了企业的生产成本。
Polypropylene for fiber materials,PPH-Y30 and PPH-Y40 were developed with HR series catalysts,which has been applied successfully in many manufacturers. The results show that the sensitive hydrogen response and high activity of HR catalysts help to reduce the amount of external electron donors and maintain the stable operation of the plant. PPH-Y30 and PPH-Y40 are phthalic acid ester free and odorless compared with the polypropylene fiber materials produced by degradation,which can be used to produce the nonwoven fabric containing filler of calcium carbonate up to 55%,reducing production costs of the downstream users.
