摘要
介绍"食品质量安全检测新技术"研究生示范课程建设的经验和体会。从该课程特点及学生实际情况,从教学团队建设、网络教学资源和教材建设、课程教学理念与目标、教学体系建设、教学手段及考核评价等分析课程建设的实践与效果。对凸显特色和突出优势示范课程的建设与实践进行展望。
The practical experiences of constructing graduate demonstration course of food quality and safety analysis were summarized. Based on course features and actual situation of the students, including the development of the constructions of network resource and teaching materials, building of teaching team, teaching system and teaching material, principal and aids of teaching, moreover, assessment system was taken into consideration. The ideas and measures of development haracteristic and insightful advantages construction for the graduate demonstration course of food quality and safety analysis were put forward.
