摘要
以山西同煤集团云冈矿皮带运输机为研究对象,对皮带运输机发生皮带撕裂的原因进行了分析总结,提出了皮带撕裂检测方法和原理,有针对性地从设备安装、操作管理和设备改造三方面提出了综合预防措施。实践应用效果表明,加强对皮带撕裂的预防后,皮带撕裂故障明显减少,有效地保障了工作效率。
        Taking the belt conveyor of Yungang Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group of Shanxi as the research object, this paper analyzed and summarized the reasons for the belt tearing of the belt conveyor, proposed the method and principle of belt tear detection, and proposed comprehensive preventive measures from three aspects of the equipment installation, operation guidance and equipment transformation in a targeted manner. The practical application results show that after strengthening the precautions against belt tearing, the belt tearing failure has been significantly reduced, and the work efficiency has been effectively guaranteed.
