摘要
以连续采煤机单向截割工艺为基础,提出一系列连续的截割工艺的流程和步骤,并具体分析巷道的高度和截割工艺的总体影响。再结合实际的应用案例分析双向截割工艺研究的应用实际情况。结果表明:双向截割工艺能够全面缩短作业的时间,且比单向截割工艺完成的效率更高,并能够通过提高掘进的速度来提升巷道本身的质量。
Based on the one-way cutting technology of continuous shearer, a series of continuous cutting processes and steps are put forward, and the overall influence of roadway height and cutting technology is analyzed concretely. Then the application of the two-way cutting technology is analyzed by combining the actual application cases. The results show that the two-way cutting process can shorten the working time, and is more efficient than the one-way cutting process, and can improve the quality of the roadway itself by improving the speed of excavation.
