基于ANSYS响应面方法优化泵组电机架固有频率

摘要
某型号立式泵在约20 Hz处出现共振,造成较大振动。由于现场条件限制,只能调整部分结构尺寸。采用响应面优化方法对立式泵出口段上方的电机架的几何尺寸进行了优化,优化变量为电机架高度、法兰厚度和筋板尺寸,目标函数为固有频率。优化后的电机架有效地提高了系统的固有频率,避免了共振现象的发生。原结构一阶固有频率为19.524 Hz,优化后频率为26.793 Hz,二阶固有频率为20.306 Hz,优化后频率为26.957 Hz,水平振动速度幅值从11.3 mm/s降低至2.1 mm/s,竖直振动速度幅值从16.9 mm/s降低至2.3 mm/s。
        In one vertical pump, vibration was occurred induced by resonance. In view of limit in space, only part of structural sizes can be adjusted. Thus by using response surface method, some sizes of the motor frame upon the outlet in vertical pump were optimized, including frame height,.flange thickness and gusset size. The natural frequency of the system was used as objective function, which was effectively enhanced with the optimized frame and the resonance was eliminated. The first natural frequency of19.524 Hz was raised to 26.793 Hz after optimization was carried out, the second frequency of 20.306 Hz was raised to 26.957 Hz,and the velocities of horizontal and vertical vibration were reduced from 11.3 m/s to 2.1 m/s and 16.9 m/s to 2.3 m/s.
