摘要
为使采煤机实现恒功率自动控制,介绍了采煤机自动控制系统原理,结构组成及具体控制工艺,分析了采煤机牵引部及截割部的负载情况,并提出了采煤机恒功率运行策略,采煤机恒功率自动控制系统的应用,减少了采煤机在采煤作业中出现的过载或欠载现象,有效延长了采煤机运行寿命。
In order to realize the constant power automatic control of the shearer, this paper introduces the principle, structure and specific control technology of the automatic control system of the shearer,analyzes the load of the tractor and the cutting section of the shearer,and proposes the constant power operation strategy of the coal machine,the application of the constant power automatic control system of the shearer reduces the overload or underload phenomenon of the shearer in the coal mining operation and effectively extends the operating life of the shearer.
