利用产气剖面测试分析评价页岩气压裂工艺

摘要
为评价压裂改造效果,优化工艺参数,利用FSI产气剖面测试方法,分析FL页岩气田多口气井压裂段和射孔簇的产气情况,认为减少单段射孔簇数有利于提高射孔簇的产气均匀性,且同段中靠近A点的射孔簇产量较高;对比不同压裂规模产气效果,认为支撑剂量与产量有一定正相关关系;对比单段产气测试结果与储层可压性指标,发现在同一分区气井中产气量与储层水平应力差、脆性指数相关性不明显,而与上覆应力和射孔段岩石密度有较好的负相关关系。
        To evaluate fracturing effect and optimize technology parameters, this paper uses FSI method to analyze gas production condition of fractured section and perforation clusters of multiple gas wells in FL shale gasfield. It believes that the decrease of single section perforation cluster numbers contributes to improving gas production homogeneity of perforation clusters and the perforation cluster near Point A in the same section has a higher production. It believes that there is a positive correlation relationship between proppant amount and output by comparing gas production effect in different fracturing scale. By comparing single-section gas production testing result and reservoir compressibility index, it finds that gas production amount of gas wells in the same zone has no significant correlation with reservoir horizontal stress difference and friability index but is well correlated negatively to overlying stress and rock density in perforation interval.
