摘要
针对大型联合化工厂控制系统的特点,安全仪表系统的功能、特性等方面,结合现有的相关标准及相关政府部门下发的文件来探讨可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统,结论是可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统不属于安全仪表系统,在设置可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统时不需要考虑安全完整性等级(SIL)的问题,针对新建、改扩建装置提出了可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统设置方式,针对已经运行的生产装置的可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统提出了改进方法。
Aiming at the characteristic of control system, the function and characteristics of safety instrumented system for large scale joint chemical plant, in conjunction with the existing relevant standards and the document issued by the relevant authority, the detection and alarm system for combustible and toxic gas is discussed. The conclusion is that detection and alarm system for combustible and toxic gas does not belong to safety instrumented system. Safety integrity level is not needed to be considered when setting up detection and alarm system for combustible and toxic gas. Setting up mode for detection and alarm system of combustible and toxic gas of newly built up and modified/extended plant is put forward. Improvement approach to detection and alarm system for combustible and toxic gas for the installation in operation is proposed.
