摘要
研究了Z3CN20.09M不锈钢在热老化1000、6000、10000和30000 h后在350℃下的低周疲劳性能。结果表明,应变幅值较低(0.3%、0.4%)的条件下,热老化时长对Z3CN20.09M不锈钢的低周疲劳寿命影响不是十分显著,但在应变幅值较高(0.6%、0.8%)的条件下,热老化时长对疲劳寿命的影响较为明显。采用Basquin-Manson-Coffin模型对Z3CN20.09M不锈钢在350℃下的低周疲劳寿命进行预测,疲劳寿命在两倍寿命分散带内,可适用于350℃下Z3CN20.09M不锈钢的低周疲劳寿命预测。
        The low cycle fatigue behavior of Z3 CN20.09 M stainless steel at 350 ℃ after thermal aging of 1000 h, 6000 h,10000 h and 30000 h was studied. The results show that, under the condition of low amplitude(0.3% and 0.4%), the effect of thermal aging time on the low cycle fatigue life of Z3 CN20. 09 M stainless steel is not very significant. But under the condition of high strain amplitude(0.6% and 0.8%), the effect of thermal aging time on the fatigue life is obvious. The Basquin-Manson-Coffin model is used to predict the low cycle fatigue life of Z3 CN20.09 M stainless steel at 350 C, the fatigue life is within the double life dispersion zone, which can be used to predict the low cycle fatigue life of Z3 CN20.09 M stainless steel at 350 ℃.
