摘要
为研究湿式系统用防冻液的理化性能,以不同体积分数丙二醇、丙三醇溶液为研究对象,开展了湿式系统用防冻液pH值、凝固点、腐蚀率的试验研究。试验结果表明,不同体积分数丙二醇、丙三醇溶液呈中性,对钢片腐蚀率为0.34~3.86 mg/(d·dm~2),对铝片腐蚀率为0.03~0.30 mg/(d·dm~2)。通过试验确定了不同温度等级场所典型防冻液的体积分数参数。
        In order to study the physical and chemical properties of antifreeze solutions using in wet pipe sprinkler system, different concentrations of propylene glycol and glycerin solutions were chosen as research objects, and the pH value, freezing point and corrosion rate were tested. Test results show that different concentrations of propylene glycol and glycerin solutions were neutral, and the corrosion rate to steel sheet is between 0.34 and 3.86 mg/(d ·dm~2), and the corrosion rate to LF21 aluminum sheet steel is between 0.03 and 0.30 mg/(d · dm~2). The concentration of antifreeze solution using in different temperatures was determined.
