摘要
团体标准是标准体系改革的重要成果。目前我国团体标准数量大幅增加,但对其产业结构和区域分布缺乏有效评估。基于全国2 803条团体标准数据,通过区位熵值反映团体标准发展的区域结构及其变动情况,运用灰色关联度评估其发展一致性。研究结果表明:第一产业的团体标准有资源依赖性,第二产业的团体标准建设领先于其他产业但存在行业偏好,第三产业的团体标准区域布局不平衡,其中山东、辽宁和江苏的团体标准结构与全国的一致性较高;此外,电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业,信息传输业、软件和信息技术服务业以及建筑业在各区域的行业异质性较小。
        Association standard is an important achievement in the reform of standard system. At present, the number of association standards in our country increases greatly, but its industrial structure and regional distribution are lack of effective evaluation. Based on the data of 2 803 association standards in China, the regional structure and its variation of the development of association standards are reflected by the value of location entropy, and their development consistency is evaluated by means of grey correlation degree. The results show that: The association standard of the primary industry is resource-dependent. The construction of the association standard of the secondary industry is ahead of other industries, but there is an industry preference. The regional distribution of association standards in the tertiary industry is unbalanced, in which the association standard structures in Shandong, Liaoning and Jiangsu are highly consistent with the whole country;in addition, the sectors of electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply,information transmission, software and information technology services and construction are less heterogeneous across regions.
