摘要

以文献视角探讨美国外语教育政策。其历史沿革和发展系统具有完整性,始终坚持"以英语为中心"一致性原则,形式上具有多元性和基于人权和民权思想等特征。启示我国在制定语言教育政策时,一要科学规划、从历史高度重视语言教育政策设计;二要设立权威机构,统筹语言教育政策制定;三要构建和谐语言教育政策,完善的各种语言关系。
        This paper explores American foreign language education policy from the perspective of literature. Its historical evolution and development system has the characteristics of integrity, adherence to the consistency of the principle of "English-centered", diversity of forms, and the thought of human rights and civil rights. It is suggested that when formulating language education policies in China, we should first plan scientifically and attach great importance to the design of language education policies from a historical perspective; secondly, establish authoritative institutions to coordinate the formulation of language education policies; and thirdly, build a harmonious language education policy and improve various language relations.
