摘要
目的:优化复方栀子金花的提取工艺条件。方法:以复方栀子金花提取的干膏率、栀子苷转移率、黄芩苷转移率及其抗肿瘤活性和抗炎活性为评价指标,利用Plackett-Burnman联合Box-Behnken设计对复方栀子金花的提取工艺进行考察,确定最佳提取工艺参数。结果:最佳提取条件为44倍量29%的乙醇,回流提取3次,每次3h。结论:本研究确定的提取工艺合理可行,能够缩短实验周期,显著提高有效成分的转移率,且结合活性评价,筛选结果更具有指导意义。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process conditions of Compound Zhizi Jinhua. Methods: Taking the dry extract yield, the transfer rate of geniposide, baicalin and its anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory activities as evaluation indexes, the extraction process of Compound Zhizi Jinhua was investigated by Plackett-Burnman combined with Box-Behnken design, and the optimum extraction parameters were determined. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were 44 times of 29% alcohol, reflux extraction 3 times, 3 h each time. Conclusion: The extraction process determined in this study was reasonable and feasible, which could shorten the experiment period, significantly improve the transfer rate of active ingredients, and combined with the activity evaluation, the screening results were more instructive.
