摘要

三仁汤具有清利湿热,宣畅气机之功。文章通过整理段富津教授治疗湿温发热病案4则,分析段富津教授的临床辨证思维,为临床治疗发热提供参考。文章选取三仁汤为基础方治疗湿温发热病的病案,从而深入探讨段富津教授运用三仁汤的临证经验。
        Sanren Decoction possesses the effects of clearing heat-dampnessas well as dispersing and regulating qi movement.This article summarized four medical cases about damp-warm disease with fever and analyzed dialectical thought of professor DUAN Fu-jin, which provided a reference for the treatment of fever. This article chooses Sanren Decoction as the basic prescription to treat the case of damp-warm disease with fever, so as to explore professor DUAN Fu-jin's clinical experience in using Sanren Decoction.
