《外科正宗》关于中医美容的书作特点及思路探析

摘要
陈实功《外科正宗》约成书于明代末年。该书详载病名,细阐病机,举例方药,附以方歌,内容详实而治法多样,为明代乃至现在的医学宝库。笔者通过总结《外科正宗》在中医美容学方面的文献历史资料,发现书中共涉外科病证157例,其中涉及中医美容病证20例,选用美容方剂46首,分内服方剂17首和外用方剂29首,文章从治疗方法、方剂和中药的使用情况分析《外科正宗》中医美容方面的书作特点。该书治病选方皆以脏腑、经络、气血为辨证纲领,辨证求因,审因论治,重视整体观念,对中医美容临证治要具有重要指导意义。
CHEN Shi-gong's Waike Zhengzong was written in the late years of Ming dynasty. The book details the name of the disease, elaborates pathogenesis, lists some prescriptions, and there are many prescription songs attached to it. With the rich content and various therapies, it has become the medical treasure of Ming dynasty and even modern society. By summarizing the cosmetology information in Waike Zhengzong, it find that there are 157 cases of surgical diseases, including 20 cases of TCM cosmetology diseases, 46 cosmetology prescriptions(17 oral prescriptions and 29 external prescriptions). This article analyzed the characteristics of Waike Zhengzong from the aspects of treatment methods, prescriptions and the use of Chinese materia medica.The choice of therapeutic method was based on zang-fu organs, channels and collaterals, qi and blood. Determine pathogenic factors by syndrome differentiation, treat by etiology and pay attention to overall concept, this book has important guiding significance for Chinese medical cosmetology treatment.
