摘要

压力性损伤也叫压力性溃疡、压疮,是指由于患者的局部皮肤长期受压,导致其局部组织因缺血缺氧而发生的溃烂坏死。多数神经内科患者均存在意识不清的情况,加之其需要长期卧床,因此其发生压力性损伤的风险较高。本文将压力性损伤的理论知识与临床实际相结合,总结了导致神经内科患者发生压力性损伤的危险因素及对其进行预防性护理的方法,以便为神经内科压力性损伤的防护工作提供理论依据。
        pressure injury, also known as pressure ulcer and pressure ulcer, refers to the ulceration and necrosis of local tissues caused by ischemia and hypoxia due to long-term pressure on the local skin of patients. Most neurology patients are not aware of the situation, and they need to stay in bed for a long time, so the risk of stress injury is high. This paper combines the theoretical knowledge of stress injury with clinical practice, summarizes the risk factors of stress injury in neurology patients and preventive nursing methods, so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of stress injury in neurology.
