摘要

介绍雷鸣主任医师运用中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的经验。雷鸣主任医师指出,慢性阻塞性肺疾病在川渝地区以痰热肾虚、气虚痰阻证最为常见。其对该证的治疗主要分为2个阶段:急性加重期清热化痰,益肺补肾,并创以桑白皮汤加味,同时结合西医标准化治疗,直接缓解慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作症状;稳定期以健脾益气,益肺化痰为治疗原则,用加味补中益气汤健脾益气,理气化痰,实表固卫,改善预后。处方思路清晰,体系完整,疗效显著。
        To introducing the Lei Ming's experience in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Dr. Lei Ming pointed out that "Tan re shen xu" and "Qi xu Tan zu" are the major pathogenic factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the Southwest.The treatment of this syndrome was mainly divided into two stages. Reduced the symptoms of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease for using Sangbaipi decoction. And improved the disease for using Buzhongyiqi decoction. The entire treatment process was treated with western standard treatment.The prescription is clear, systematic and effective.
