摘要

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀与奥利司他对老年肥胖型2型糖尿病患者疗效影响。方法选取2016年6月～2017年12月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者220例作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各110例,对照组服用瑞舒伐他汀,实验组在对照组基础上服用奥利司他,对比分析二组治疗前后血脂和血糖变化,并对患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、LDL-C、TC的合格率及出现的不良反应进行统计。结果治疗2个月后,两组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、LDL-C、TG、TC值均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组降低绝对值高于对照组,HDL-C值升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组升高绝对值高于对照组;实验组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、LDL-C、TC的合格率高于对照组。结论瑞舒伐他汀与奥利司他对老年肥胖型2型糖尿病患者效果显著,联合用药效果更加明显且具有很好的耐受性。
        Objective To investigate Curative impact of rosuvastatin and orlistat on elderly type 2 diabetes with obesity. Methods 220 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes were randomly equally divided into two groups, the experimental group and control group. Control group with rosuvastatin treatment, experimental group on the basis of control group combined with orlistat treatment. Lipid levels and blood sugar indexes before and after treatment were comparative analysis, the qualified rate of FPG, 2 h PG, HbA1 c, LDL-C, TC and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed. Results Two months later, indexes like FPG, 2 h PG, HbA1 c, LDL-C, TG, TC declined significantly(P<0.05), the decreased absolute value of the experimental group greater than the control group;whereas HDL-C ascended(P<0.05),the increased absolute value of the experimental group greater than the control group;experimental group qualified rate of FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1 c, LDL-C, TC higher than control group.Conclusion Rosuvastatin and orlistat show obvious effects in elderly type 2 diabetes with obesity, treatment effects with combination was more obvious and well tolerance.
