摘要
目的:探讨紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)患者幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与Th17/Treg失衡的关系。方法:根据13C-尿素呼气试验,将65例HSPN患者分为HP感染组(n=43)和非HP感染组(n=22),比较2组基线及治疗后Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg、IL-17、TGFβ1水平。结果:HP感染率为66.15%(43/65);HP感染组Th17、Th17/Treg、IL-17、TGFβ1显著高于非HP感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HP感染组Treg显著低于非HP感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HP感染组治疗后Th17、Th17/Treg、IL-17、TGFβ1显著低于同组治疗前,HP感染组治疗后Treg显著高于同组治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HP感染可能为HSPN患者Thl7/Treg失衡的重要原因。
        [Objective] To explore the relationship between the HP infection and Th17/Treg imbalance in patients with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN). [Method] 65 HSPN patients were included in the study and were divided into the HP infection group and non-HP infection group by 13 C-urea breath test(13 C-UBT). The differences of the Th17, Treg, Th17/Treg, IL-17, TGFβ1 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. [Result](1) The rate of HP infection was 66.15%(43/65) in patients with HSPN.(2) The Th17, Th17/Treg, IL-17, TGFβ1 in the HP infection group were significantly higher than that in the non-HP infection group(P<0.05). The Treg in the HP infection group were significantly lower than that in the non-HP infection group(P<0.05).(3) In the HP infection group, the levels of Th17, Th17/Treg, IL-17, TGFβ1 after the treatment were significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05). The level of Treg after the treatment were significantly higher than that before the treatment(P<0.05). [Conclusion] HP infection may be an important cause of Thl7/Treg imbalance in HSPN patients.
