针刀联合药物治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症腰背痛疗效分析

摘要

目的研究老年原发性骨质疏松症腰背痛患者实施针刀与药物联合治疗的影响。方法选择60例于我院治疗的老年原发性骨质疏松症腰背痛患者,纳入时间为2015年3月至2017年3月,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与参照组,每组均30例。其中参照组采用药物治疗,实验组行针刀与药物联合治疗,对比2组患者治疗后疼痛评分、骨密度指标及脊柱活动度。结果实验组2018年3月、2018年6月、2018年9月疼痛视觉模拟评分低于参照组,与参照组相比,实验组骨密度指标较高,实验组脊柱屈曲、脊柱伸展、脊柱侧屈、脊柱旋转角度均大于参照组,两者差异明显(P<0.05)。结论老年原发性骨质疏松症患者应用针刀与药物联合治疗效果更佳,有效缓解患者疼痛感,应予以临床推广。
        Objective To study effect of acupotomy combined with medicine on low back pain of elderly primary osteoporosis patients. Methods Choose 60 cases elderly primary osteoporosis patients with low back pains in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017. Divide them into experimental group and control group by random digital table method, 30 cases in each group. Control group was treated with medication, and experimental group with acupotomy combined with medication. Compare pain scores, bone mineral density index and spinal activity between two groups after treatment. Results Visual analogue pain scores in experimental group was lower than control group in March 2018,June 2018 and September 2018. Compared with control group, bone mineral density index in experimental group was higher. Spinal flexion, spinal extension, lateral flexion and spine rotation angle in experimental group was larger than control group, difference was significant,(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupotomy combined with medicine has better effect in treatment of elderly primary osteoporosis, can relieve pains of patients effectively, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
