摘要
目的通过正交实验优选桦树茸与玉米须降糖活性成分提取工艺,为玉米须与桦树茸合用发挥更佳的降糖功效奠定基础。方法利用正交实验设计,采用加热回流提取法得到玉米须与桦树茸总提取物,以提取物的降糖活性为评价指标,确立玉米须与桦树茸的最佳提取方法。结果共得到9个样品,对这9个样品进行最佳降糖活性筛选,根据正交实验直观分析结果,最终确立桦树茸与玉米须的提取工艺为:提取时间1 h,提取次数2次,料液比1:20,玉米须与桦树茸浸膏的浓度为100μg/mL,对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率为33.6%。结论该研究优化得到桦褐孔菌与玉米须的最佳提取工艺,可为玉米须与桦褐孔菌结合发挥良好降糖效果。
        Objective The extraction process of hypoglycemic active ingredients from chopped birch and corn silk was optimized by orthogonal test. It laid a foundation for better hypoglycemic effect of corn silk combined with chopped birch. Methods The total extracts of chopped birch and corn silk were obtained by heating reflux extraction with orthogonal design. Then the hypoglycemic activity of the extract was taken as the evaluation index to establish the best extraction method of chopped birch and corn silk. Results Nine samples were obtained and screened for the best hypoglycemic activity. According to visual analysis results of orthogonal experiments, the extraction technology of chopped birch and corn silk was established as follows: The extraction time was 1 h, the extraction times were twice,and the ratio of material to liquid was 1:20. The inhibition rate of a-glucosidasewas 33.6% when the concentration of corn silkand chopped birch extract was 100 μg/mL. Conclusion The study optimized the best extraction process for chopped birch and corn silk. It lays the foundation for further research on the exerting hypoglycemic effect ofchopped birchandcorn silk.
