摘要

目的通过外观性状、显微及理化鉴别对中药饮片柴胡的真伪进行鉴别研究,通过实验现象推断分析柴胡的真伪。方法采用性状鉴别、粉末显微鉴别、横切片显微鉴别、理化鉴别等方法,对获得的柴胡样品与正品柴胡进行对比鉴定。结果该样品与正品柴胡在外观性状、显微特征、与理化反应现象上均有明显区别。结论该柴胡为伪品,根据实验结果判断其为小叶黑柴胡。
        Objective The authenticity of Bupleurum chinense slices was identified by appearance, microscopic and physicochemical identification, and the authenticity of Bupleurum chinense was analyzed by experimental phenomena. Methods By means of character identification, powder microscopic identification, cross section microscopic identification and physicochemical identification, the obtained Bupleurum samples and genuine Bupleurum were compared and identified. Results This sample is obviously different from genuine Bupleurum of appearance, microscopic characteristics and physicochemical reaction. Conclusion The Bupleurum counterfeit goods, which is determined based on experimental results Parvifolium Bupleurum.
