摘要
"新零售"是现代连锁行业发展的必然趋势,带动产业变革,产业变革也对连锁经营管理人才提出了新的要求,"新零售"人才是跨学科的复合型创新人才。目前高职培养连锁经营管理人才模式存在专业定位不清、校企合作不深,课程体系陈旧,学生缺乏实践学习的问题。针对这些现状,提出要细分市场明确专业定位、深化校企合作共担培养责任,创新课程体系和提供实践学习机会等培养建议。
"New retail" is an inevitable trend in the development of modern industry chain, driving the industry change, which puts forward new requirements for chain operation management talents. "New retail" talents are interdisciplinary innovative talents. At present, higher vocational college chain management personnel training mode exist the following problems: unclear orientation, shallow university-enterprise cooperation, out-of-date course system,and students’ lack of practice. Accordingly, the market share clear professional orientation should be subdivided,the cooperative responsibilities between colleges and enterprises to cultivate talents should be deepened, and innovation of course mode and practice learning opportunities should be carried out.
