摘要

随着建筑行业的快速发展,能够有效的分析建筑施工价值,是很多施工企业追求的目标,然而传统建筑信息化施工技术无法满足现在建筑工程施工价值分析需求,因此提出基于BIM技术的建筑信息化施工价值分析。通过建立基于BIM技术的建筑信息施工化施工价值分析平台,对建筑信息化施工设计阶段、施工阶段进行价值分析,完成了提出的研究。仿真实验证明,基于BIM技术的建筑信息化施工价值分析,在实际建筑施工成本预算中,分析准确率高,具有切实的可行性。
        With the rapid development of the construction industry, it is the goal pursued by many construction enterprises to be able to effectively analyze the construction value. However, the traditional construction information construction technology can not meet the needs of the construction value analysis of the current construction engineering. Therefore, the value analysis of building information construction based on BIM technology is put forward. By establishing the construction value analysis platform of building information construction based on BIM technology, the value analysis of building information construction design stage and construction stage is carried out, and the proposed research is completed. The simulation results show that the value analysis of building information construction based on BIM technology has high accuracy and practical feasibility in the actual construction cost budget.
