摘要
为了最大限度提高木里河水能资源利用率,经综合研究表明,对沙湾水电机组进行扩容改造,每台机组可扩容20%。增容改造的研究主要包括以下内容,水轮机转轮叶片优化修型,发电机通风系统采用转子磁极上下端装风斗的密闭自循环通风冷却系统,更换高效率的空气冷却器等。改造后的机组性能将得到改善,电站运行的安全稳定性及经济效益均可得到显著提升。
In order to improve the utilization rate of the hydropower energy resources in Muli River,the capacity of the hydro-turbine units in Shawan Hydropower Station is expanded with technical renovation. The renovation includes the shape optimization of the turbine runner blades,closed self-circulating ventilation cooling system of the generators with wind buckets installed at the upper and lower ends of the rotor poles,replacement with efficient air coolers,etc. After the renovation,the unit capacity is increased by 20% and the performance of the units is greatly improved. Thus,the stability and economic benefits of the station are also significantly improved.
