基于UG二次开发的榴弹外形结构设计系统关键技术研究

摘要
目前,基于UG二次开发的参数化建模方法多采用交互式运行模式,鲜有基于批处理模式的UG二次开发方法.文章以榴弹外形结构参数化设计系统为例,结合弹药设计相关理论,通过可视化界面对榴弹的外形结构进行设计并建立参数化模型,以读写数据文件的方式完成系统中的数据交互,采用基于批处理模式的UG二次开发方法编写应用程序,从后台调用UG完成对模型的建立.实现了对多个部件的快速操作,弥补了基于交互模式的UG二次开发应用程序只能对单一部件进行操作且无法脱离UG独立运行的缺陷,为弹药一体化设计平台和复杂外形的弹药快速建模提供了参考.
        At present,parameterized modeling methods based on UG secondary development mostly adopt interactive operation mode,rather than UG secondary development methods based on batch processing mode.Taking the parameterized design system of grenade shape structure as an example,combining with the theory of ammunition design,the grenade shape structure is designed,the parameterized model is establishedthrough the visual interface,the data interaction in the system by reading and writing data files is completed and uses the UG secondary development method based on batch processing mode is established to write an application program to call UG from the background.The fast operation of multiple parts is realized and the defect that the UG secondary development application based on interactive mode can only operate a single part and cannot run independently without UG is made up for.This paper can be an example for the ammunition integration design platform and the ammunition rapid modeling of complex shape.
