摘要
冬季户外输电线路覆冰是严重损害电力系统安全运转的重要原因之一,急需安全、可靠、有保障的覆冰厚度图像识别方法。为此,提出了一种冬季户外输电线路覆冰厚度图像识别算法。包括图像强化与直方图的均衡化、图像区域分割、阈值分割以及提取联通区域。通过实验论证得出,相比于传统算法,所提算法图像质量优良,且计算时间短。
Winter outdoor transmission lines in winter is one of the important reasons that seriously damage the safe operation of power system. It is urgent to have a safe, reliable and guaranteed method for ice thickness image recognition.For this reason, an image recognition algorithm for ice thickness of outdoor transmission lines in winter is proposed.Including image enhancement and histogram equalization, image region segmentation, threshold segmentation and extraction of connectivity region. The experimental results show that the image quality is better and the computing time is shorter than the traditional algorithm.
