摘要

在市政工程的建设过程中,由于缺乏完善的过程造价控制与管理,致使相关领域专业型、技术型的管理人员严重缺乏,建设过程重视力度不足,竣工验收责任不明等情况,极大程度的影响和降低了市政工程建设项目的市场价值。鉴于此,本文以市政工程中的全过程造价控制与管理为研究对象,针对存在的问题提出建设性的处理措施,以推动市政工程建设项目的完成,提升项目意义,促进项目发展。
        In the process of construction of municipal engineering,due to the lack of perfect process cost control and management,the professional and technical management personnel in related ?elds are seriously lacking,the construction process is insuf?ciently emphasized,and the responsibility for completion acceptance is unknown. The degree of in?uence and the market value of municipal engineering construction projects are reduced. In view of this,this paper takes the whole process cost control and management in municipal engineering as the research object,and proposes constructive measures for the existing problems to promote the completion of municipal engineering construction projects,enhance the signi?cance of the project and promote the development of the project.
